No bake oatmeal cookies/bars

This is an ideal and healthy choice for breakfast or as a quick snack anytime during the day. These cookies/bars are perfect for those searching for a sweetness and fulfillment.

I’ve made these bars for myself exactly for the reasons described above, however, my son is always a number one to share it with. He loves these bars.


Ingredients

  • 220 g oats
  • 70 g dried cherries
  • 40 g sunflowers
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter
  • 3-4 tbsp honey
  • 2/3 cup water
  • 30 g chocolate chips

Instructions

Step 1. Place oats, honey, peanut butter and water into a blender and mix it.

Step 2. Put sunflowers, cherries and chocolate chips into a mixture and combine all ingredients together.

Step 3. Place the mixture on a baking paper. Using a back side of a spoon, spread the mixture evenly.

Step 4. Freeze or refrigerate it for 2-3 hours.

Step 5. Cut it into pieces and place them into freezer or refrigerator.
