Different kind of green juice
I am definitely not an expert in juices, however, I am a big lover of it. Therefore, a receipt of different kind of green juice is something that I make for my family for the last 2 years.
In addition, some call the union of carrots, apple and spinach as detoxifying, however, I make it so often for other reasons. Consequently, a combination of these three ingredients is a bomb of calcium, iron and magnesium. Thus, it contains of minerals, vitamins and nutrients essential for our health. \Finally, green juice is a good alternative for those eating not enough of veggies and fruits.
- 3 carrots
- 3 apples
- 1/2 or 1 cup spinach
Step 1. Wash all your veggies and spinach. Cut the ends of carrots. You can leave the skin of the carrots as it provides with nutrients.
Step 2. Slice the carrots and apples into juicer friendly pieces and juice it.
Step 3. Place carrots’ and apples’ juice and spinach into blender and blend it.
Step 4. Put some ice cubes in it and enjoy the taste. 🙂
I DO NOT juice spinach, as I believe that blending spinach instead of juicing helps to preserve more nutrients.
